COVID-19 NOTICE
This notice is to inform customers of changes relating to
COVID-19 Safety measures as required by the Government .

If you have any symptoms of any flu like or respiratory illness , ( such as fever, sneezing, coughing, etc) OR have been in close contact with anyone thought to had COVID-19, we kindly ask you to reschedule.

Salons can only accept customers who have made an appointment. Deposit is required to secure your appointment .
​
Only clients receiving services will be permitted in the salon ( No children/ accompanying adults will be allowed to remain in the salon during treatment )
Clients must wear a face mask during treatments . It is requested that clients bring their own face masks. If clients do not have their own, then masks can be purchased from us for an additional fee.
​
The use of mobile phones or electrical devices is not permitted while receiving services.
No snacks or drinks will be offered at this time.
​
All clients must wash their hands with hand sanitizer before the service .
After the service , clients will be required to sanitize their hands before leaving the salon .

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate that some time you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice.
​
Please contact by Phone, Text Message, Whatsapp, Facebook Or Instagram anytime, inside or outside of Salon hours to inform us.
​
We can then ensure that you will not be charge for your appointment.
Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the Pre-booked treatment.
​
Appointment for treatments of 2 hours or more will now require a 50% deposit.
Payment can be taken via Online transfer or Cash.
​

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or monitory amount and must be used within the expiry date stated.
​
You cannot use gift vouchers in conjunction with any offers or promotions.
​
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be refunded and no cash alternatives are available.
​
If the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher then further payment will be required.
​
Gift vouchers cannot be extended under any circumstance.
